From elegant and tasteful hors d'oeuvre to savory entrees designed for each individual event, Unique Catering's menus are always inspired by the client and tailored to make your celebration successful and comforting to your guests. The menu below lists some of the most sought after dishes from previous requests, but it is ever expanding to meet the tastes and desires of each client.

At Unique Catering our mission is to provide the best food and service at a reasonable cost. We customize our menu's to fit both the culinary and financial tastes of our clients.

Elegance on a Budget (All inclusive package)

Variety cheeses, cheese ball, vegetable tray w/dip, fruit tray w/dip, choice of cocktail meatballs, cocktail sausages, chicken salad w/crackers or Pasta salad, beverage station (ice tea, non-alcoholic punch, coffee), all condiments, all clear plastic eating and drinking utensils, staff in black tux shirts (maximum 4 hours), black pants & aprons, silver trays, set-up, serve and clean-up $8.50 per person (minimum 100 guests) plus sale tax.

Elegance on a Budget

  • Variety of cheeses, cheese ball & crackers;
  • Vegetable tray w/dip;
  • Fruit tray w/dip.
  • Choice of Cocktail Meatballs, Little Smokies, Chicken Salad w/crackers or Pasta Salad.
  • Beverage Station (ice tea, non-alcoholic punch, coffee)
  • all condiments, all clear plastic eating and drinking utensils, staff in black tux shirts, black pants & aprons, silver trays, 4 hours wait staff. $8.50 per person + state sales tax (minimum 100 guests)
